

Post, packing and delivery
Postage in the UK is by 1st class Royal Mail and limited edition prints are sent
by Recorded Delivery. Please contact us if you require alternative postal
arrangements, e.g. outside the UK, etc.. Discounts are available for bulk orders
so do get in touch to discuss this, then I’ll be able to confirm details of packing and postage
costs before payment is taken. You can be assured that I make every effort to carefully wrap
and dispatch your items promptly on receipt of cleared payment, but I suggest you allow
10 working days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived by that time please don’t hesitate to

Returns policy and procedure
In the event that any items are damaged in transit, please contact us
immediately. All my products are made using high quality materials and the entire
process is overseen by me, but in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with
any item please contact me to authorise a return.
You must contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange its
return . Items should be returned in their original protective packaging and in good
saleable condition. Artgazer accepts no responsibility for returned items lost or
damaged in transit to us. Refunds will only be made after receipt and inspection
of the goods. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer but will be
refunded if the items are faulty.
